Piccadilly Hotels
Running from Hyde Park Corner in the west to Piccadilly Circus in the east, Piccadilly is one of London’s most famous thoroughfares. Walking along it, you’ll pass such British institutions as Fortnum & Mason and the Royal Academy.
Bustling with tourists and ablaze with neon signs, Piccadilly Circus itself is dominated by the Shaftesbury memorial fountain and statue of an archer popularly supposed to be Eros. Continuing eastward from Piccadilly Circus, you’ll reach the theatres of Shaftesbury Avenue.
The Piccadilly Line of the London Underground takes its name from Piccadilly and part of the line travels under Piccadilly. Green Park, Hyde Park Corner and Piccadilly Circus tube stations all have entrances either in or near Piccadilly.
